Industrial Proposal Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Proposal Engineer to join our team and support the preparation of technical proposals that meets the client requirements. This role involves close coordination with the sales, engineering, and project teams, as well as communication with suppliers and manufacturers. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client inquiries, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive and customized technical proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to source suitable technical products and services from qualified suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor offerings and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and competitive solutions.
• Draft and manage technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with both client expectations and company standards.
• Assist in creating visually engaging and persuasive proposal documents and presentations.
• Support tender and bid submissions, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with technical and commercial criteria.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable and timely sourcing and procurement.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers and understand their capabilities and offerings.
• Act as a bridge between internal departments, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth proposal development and project execution.

Qualifications and skills:

• 1–3-year experience in sales or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal development within a technical sales environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills and team working abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a necessity.
• Ability to travel internationally is a requirement.
