Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administration Officer to support the daily administrative operations of our company. You will handle a variety of tasks including office management, documentation, coordination between departments, and ensuring smooth internal communication. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized work environment.
  •  Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  •  Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation, both digital and physical.
  •  Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events, including logistics and preparation of materials.
  •  Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and onboarding.
  •  Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications as required.
  •  Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of office needs.
  •  Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  •  Provide general support to management and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

 

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
